IT for Children is a non-religious and non-political organization.
The organization is founded by Torsten Kjellgren and inspired by his previous projects in rural Ghana.

Our activities are led by our board in Sweden, meanwhile activities in Ghana are implemented by our local staff.

We have very low administrative costs that allow us to put most of our financial resources on our activities in Ghana. 93% of our expenses consist of operational costs in Ghana, and the remaining 7% is administrative costs in Sweden.

The Swedish Fundraising Agency (90-konto) requires that not more than 25% of expenses are for administrative costs.
